Residents of the Village of Webberville please take notice that a public hearing will be held before the Webberville Village Council Tuesday, March 9, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. in the Village Hall (or possibly via Zoom – which would be posted on the door) located at 115 S. Main St., Webberville.  The purpose of this hearing is to consider comments regarding a Special Use Permit.

The Special Use request is for Peck Street, LLC. for a marihuana cultivation and processing facility, located at 1200 Mason Court.

Residents of the Village of Webberville please take notice that three public hearings will be held before the Webberville Village Council Tuesday, March 23, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. in the Village Hall (or possibly via Zoom – which would be posted on the door) located at 115 S. Main St., Webberville.  The purpose of these hearings is to consider comments regarding a Zoning ordinance amendment and a Marihuana ordinance amendment.

The Zoning Ordinance Amendment would be for an amendment to the zoning HC – Highway Commercial to allow marihuana businesses in HC in the Business park.

The Marihuana ordinance would be for an amendment to the zoning ordinance to allow Provisioning Centers in the HC (Highway Commercial) zoned areas of the Business Park.

A copy of any of these requests and either of the Village of Webberville Ordinances are available for review at the Webberville Village Office during normal business hours, via pickup or by email.
